Branches may end up with different equipment through separate purchasing decisions. Define the shared standard by required function, dimensions, accessory interfaces, cleaning method and model documents rather than brand name alone.

Build inventory fields for branch, model, quantity, condition and compatible accessories. Put verifiable acceptance criteria, not unsupported capacity assumptions, in the new purchasing specification; trial samples against existing lines, vehicles and workflows.

If exceptions are allowed, record rationale, technical approval, affected branch and transition plan. Check which model/version each spare part, warranty and instruction applies to, and update the list whenever equipment changes.
