If an outage affects plate preparation, base the next trip plan on cycle and acceptance records rather than guesswork.
Record the event
Log start/end time, freezer temperature data, door openings, generator start and affected plate codes.
Check generator priority for product storage and plate preparation in the site's approved emergency plan.
Segregate affected plates. Identify the set in the appliance during the outage and keep it separate from accepted ready stock.
Restart reconditioning under the manufacturer's exact article instructions and the quality procedure.
Recalculate dispatch capacity
Show accepted sets, plates in preparation and shortages separately for each trip; do not assign the same plate twice.
If dispatch time changes, record who owns route and customer notification.
Use the outage record as input to generator testing and the next capacity plan.
