When plates fall short, first locate the gap: demand, returns, staging space, freezer cycle or readiness checks.
For each trip, separate the required model and count from ready stock, units in transit, washing or inspection, and preparation. Record issue and return times by equipment ID.
Track freezer loading pattern, door openings and cycle start and finish. Verify readiness against the relevant plate instructions; do not treat elapsed time or a display reading as automatic approval.
If a gap remains, review dispatch sequence, partial orders, route or delivery timing with the recipient and planner. Do not switch to an unapproved product mix or unverified plate.
If using reserve equipment, another cooling method or an outside service, verify suitability against model and product instructions and site procedures. Review investment only after cycle records show the measured bottleneck.
