Short answer

Record impact time, direction and load; inspect door alignment, closure, interior surfaces and mobility parts. Release the container only after defined checks and a thermal acceptance test if required.

A small-looking impact may affect door alignment or an inner joint. Do not label it cosmetic and send it on route.

Follow the impact path. Record time, direction and load; inspect frame, floor, latch, door and wheel attachments.
