Evening loading can be planned only when product requirements, container performance and waiting conditions are verified together. There is no universal safe overnight holding time.
Record lot, product requirement, container ID, preparation step, time and owner at loading. Place the logger as specified by its maker or validated procedure and check that it runs with the correct time setting.
Record where the vehicle will park, whether the load remains closed, and any change in power or access. Time-stamp parking changes, lid openings, vehicle faults or other events.
Before morning handoff, take an initial reading and review the logger trace. Link sensor position, instrument ID, reading time and product requirement in the same receipt record.
Trial the route first under comparable load and parking conditions. If data is missing or deviates, segregate the product and await quality review; revise the night plan to the approved product and site procedure.
