A general suitability statement for equipment does not automatically cover every accessory inside it. First show in a loading diagram whether goods are packaged or unpackaged and which surfaces they could touch.
List inner wall, shelf, rail, plate, tub and intermediate crate separately and request a current declaration for the relevant model and conditions of use. Resolve model differences among catalogue, quote and declaration.
Repeat the document check when the contact arrangement changes. In the EU, framework Regulation 1935/2004 sets general safety requirements for food-contact materials; plastics-specific Regulation 10/2011 uses a Declaration of Compliance with supporting documents and migration tests under representative time and temperature conditions. This example does not automatically cover every accessory or use in Türkiye.
Use an intermediate package or crate whose suitability has been verified for any uncovered contact; do not decide product safety from a document heading or equipment name alone.
