Sensible heat describes energy transfer while temperature changes; latent heat describes energy exchange associated with a phase change. These are physical concepts, not a standalone measure of a specific plate's capacity.
A flatter logger trace may indicate phase behaviour, but does not prove the product is at the same temperature or that target conditions were maintained. Record measurement point and sensor type.
Run a trial with plate code, load, layout and route conditions controlled. Compare product readings with acceptance requirements; do not present plateau duration as universal route capacity.
