A transport container's place in the plan depends on how it relates to process steps and hazard assessment. Follow the operation's product flow and existing HACCP plan; do not automatically make the container a critical control point.
Show the transport step in the flow
Include transport, waiting and handoffs from dispatch to recipient. Link the identified hazard and control criterion to an applicable product instruction or authoritative source; do not copy a generic temperature range.
Describe the container as part of the control method
Specify type or model, layout, and any required separator or coolant preparation and closure steps. Link the monitoring method, required record, deviation decision owner and verification method to the plan.
