Catalogue internal volume alone does not tell how many units of a particular package will fit. First verify the manufacturer's internal-dimension drawing and the actual container fittings.
On the measurement form, include usable length, width, and height, plus shelves, plates, collection tray, and clearances required by product instructions. Identify the model and configuration for each measurement.
Load a real crate or case sample in its normal orientation. Record count, gaps, contact with lid or shelf, and total loaded mass; do not claim capacity from geometric litres alone.
Prepare a separate layout record for each product group, package, shelf, or plate arrangement. Attach manufacturer limits and quality or operations approval, and apply capacity planning only to the verified setup.
