Before exporting, bring product conditions, route and contractual party roles into one shipment plan. Distance alone does not describe transit risk.

Leg and handover matrix

List production dispatch, carrier handover, customs, terminal, main carriage, arrival and final delivery. For each, add responsible party, planned and actual times, waiting conditions, monitoring record and delay contact.

Take permitted product conditions from current product information or manufacturer instructions. Attach buyer requests for logger, report and acceptance to the contract. If Incoterms are specified for transport responsibility, confirm the edition and named place in writing; do not treat the rule as a product temperature or quality decision.

For the first shipment, compare planned and actual stops, temperature data and handover documents. Resolve differences with carrier and buyer before the next dispatch; refer product excursions to the authorised product or quality lead.
