Inspect shell, joints, lid fit, gasket, latch, hinges, handles and castors under the model instructions. Record prior contents, odour/residue observations and cleaning method. Request technical assessment before accepting damaged or unidentified equipment.
Verify cleaning suitability under site procedure; do not assume food, medicine or chemical use are interchangeable. Agree a representative load, route and sensor position with the seller and user, then run a recorded trial; state maintenance, parts availability and acceptance terms in the purchase document.
