Base a second-round plan on shift records, not an assumed turnaround. Timestamp vehicle return, unloading, cleaning, preparation, loading, and departure separately.

If preparation can happen in parallel, note which containers, products, and staff are prepared while the first round is out, plus storage space and order confirmation time. Keep required product procedure checks in place.

Include added driver and staff hours, distance, fuel or energy, preparation, and unused capacity in the incremental cost. Identify which items vary and which already exist, with dated cost sources.

Compare existing order contribution with those incremental costs and check constraints such as customer receiving windows and working arrangements. Report trial results by route, day, and conditions; do not treat them as guarantees for other weeks.
