Foam and vacuum-insulated panel (VIP) shippers depend on packout and use conditions as well as construction. Compare them under the same scenario instead of assuming one material is better on every route.

Set equivalent conditions

Fix the product load, starting condition, coolant set, layout, route and delay profile. Read supplier data against those conditions; do not treat missing test details as proven hold time.

Assess results alongside product-limit compliance, usable interior volume, shipper damage and return or cleaning costs. Use your purchase, loss, return and repacking records to estimate total cost; do not claim savings without your own operating data.
