Set maintenance intervals from use intensity, damage history and GEBHARDT instructions for the specific model. Make a brief observation before dispatch and record recurring or changed faults against the container ID.
Check that the door closes correctly, inspect latch and hinges, seal seating, wheels and brakes, interior cleanability and visible joints. Note the location, functional effect and a photo. Do not treat cosmetic marks as functional faults.
Hold the container from dispatch for a door that will not close, a broken latch, loose panel joint, surface that cannot be cleaned or structural crack. For structural repair, contact Aris Makina; service and spare parts run through us. Replace user-serviceable parts only where the model instructions allow it.
After service, obtain the repair record and perform checks recommended by the service provider before return to use. If thermal performance may have been affected, do not assume it is unchanged; agree the verification method with GEBHARDT or authorised service.
