How should you track an impact mark on Isotec TBX?

Record a new mark by location, date and photo. If contact recurs, inspect the same area in warehouse and vehicle flow.

Short answer

During the daily check, record a new mark, looseness or body contact with a photo and location. If it recurs at the same point, match container ID, shift and possible contact area; note it on the route sketch and recheck after repair.

Do not label a mark cosmetic or functional damage from appearance alone; record its location and change.
