A TBX that looks ready may not be clean, correctly equipped and assigned to the right route at the same time. The dispatch gate must bring those states together.
Define the task first
Link container identity to the work order. Complete interior cleanliness, lid, base, required shelf or rail, plate batch, route label and release sign-off before loading.

Operating consequence. If parts are still being searched for after sign-off, preparation is incomplete. Stage missing items as a kit before the shift begins.
