A local or imported label alone does not explain price, delivery or after-sales support. Compare offers for the same model, accessories and delivery scope.
Make the quotation scopes equal
Give both suppliers the same model and variant, accessories, quantity, delivery point and requested date. Ask them to identify freight, installation or other excluded items beyond the quoted price.
Confirm lead time and parts
Get written details for available stock, estimated dispatch and critical spare-parts pricing and supply. Record the response date and the model or part code it covers.
Compare service routes
Ask which company handles fault reports, technical support and parts orders, and clarify scope and charges. Do not assume warranty or authorization; check quotation and contract documents.
Add your own order and service history to the comparison. If there is no history, a small spare-parts request can show the response and delivery process; do not generalize that result to every order.
