Whether an insulated container can be stacked in storage or a vehicle depends on its model and configuration. Check the current product instructions for stacking and transport arrangements before planning space.
Ask about support and load paths. Request a drawing or written confirmation from your supplier showing approved base, contact points, upper load and locking arrangement. Do not assume the lid or insulated body is load-bearing.
Verify warehouse and vehicle layouts separately
For racking, check the rack maker's load limit, bay dimensions and floor anchoring. For a vehicle, review restraint and access with the carrier; approval for one arrangement does not automatically cover another.
Put the instruction into site practice
Add the approved model and arrangement to the warehouse layout, brief operators and recheck after damage or a configuration change. If the document is unclear, ask your supplier or technical owner before stacking.
