How an insulated service trolley operates depends on its model. Verify insulation, heating and cooling functions in the manual without treating them as interchangeable.

Identify the equipment function

Check model label, compartment design, power connection and manufacturer's instructions. Record passive insulation separately from electric heating or cooling features.

Monitor performance on the service route

Use the measurement method in product instructions to take readings at service start, planned checkpoints and end. Record compartment and product measured, lid openings and device ID.

Define the transport boundary

In-building service, transfer outdoors and vehicle travel are different scenarios. Do not treat a trolley designed for service as long-route equipment without manufacturer scope and site validation.
