A divider and clearance do not guarantee the same result in every container. Check the interior design, product pack and manufacturer's loading instructions before setting up a trial.

Prevent direct contact

Use a physical separator to verify that product or packaging does not touch a cooling plate. Select separator material and placement to suit product and container instructions.

Keep the load path open

Do not press boxes against walls, each other or a designated airflow channel. Keep sensors uncovered; mark plates, products, dividers and measurement points on the loading diagram.

Run a trial measurement

Place verified loggers at different representative positions in a representative load. Mark each device ID, height and proximity to product or plate on the diagram; compare traces after the trip.

Adjust layout from observations

If contact, uneven readings or a lid that will not close is observed, correct the layout. Repeat the measurement with the same product, load and route conditions and document the change.
