An opening's effect depends on aperture, duration, inside and outside conditions, and load layout. Therefore record the time, open-to-close duration, section opened, and load state at each stop.
Place a temperature logger at a point suitable under the product procedure and monitor ambient conditions too. Align stop records with changes in the trace by time; the trace alone does not quantify heat exchange.
Test different workflows on the same route with a comparable load, such as completing preparation in advance or grouping openings. Compare duration, temperature profile, and exceptions; leave product-band decisions to the authorised quality owner.
