Keep plate or divider position under maker and site instructions.
Do not assume direct product contact or a new stacking method.
Reclose the lid and latch under site procedure.
If the lid will not close, notify the owner and record the condition.
If product measurement is required, use the approved plan's device and point.
Do not record an external display as product temperature.
Add reading, instrument, time and location to the form.
Compare next-stop orders with the contents remaining in the unit.
Flag a quantity or order mismatch in the courier system.
Add remaining amount and recipient confirmation to the handoff record.
At the next stop, reconcile the record with actual contents.
