A delivery photo is useful only when it is clear what it shows and when. Match photo requests to the customer specification or site procedure.

Before measurement

Photograph the readable display on the closed container with the container number or label in the same frame.

Add display context. Record which sensor and measurement location the display represents, and the method if relevant; do not assume it is product temperature.

Preserve the timestamp

Check that the phone clock is correct and retain the original time metadata for the image.

Keep the written record. Match the trip-sheet value, container/lot ID and photo to the same delivery.

If there is a deviation

Keep the first image; if the lid was opened, separately record the time and later display. Do not release product based on the photo alone.

Customer request

Specify which moment and display to photograph, and where the image should be uploaded, in the delivery instruction.

Identify the image

Match the filename or form link to the delivery, stop and container ID; do not leave it only in the phone gallery.

Retention access. Set access and retention under the record procedure and store it in the approved location.
