If a customer requests delivery photos or a temperature reading, clarify the acceptance plan before applying it. Document product criteria, measurement point and method, instrument requirements, photo scope and record recipient in writing.
At handover, record shipment and lot ID, date and time, reading, measurement point and instrument ID. Photograph packout, seal and load condition at delivery; follow site rules for personal or sensitive information in images.
Store the photos and reading under the same shipment reference. If results differ, check instrument, method, product condition and chain of handover, then contact the customer's authorised representative. A photo or surface reading alone does not prove the product's conditions throughout the route.
