A supplier scorecard should not collapse different performance measures into one unclear rating. Define OTIF and temperature findings separately so both parties can review the same data.
Fix the OTIF definition
Define what counts as on time and in full, the planned delivery time, and the denominator in the contract or shared reporting rule.
Record temperature separately
Include the method suited to the product requirement, sample point, time, and instrument details in each delivery record.
Add route context
Match lot, delivery, stop sequence, and measurement time. Do not compare temperature results taken with different methods directly.
Interpret the score and act
Report OTIF and temperature measures as separate trends. For a deviation, assign a cause review, owner, corrective action, and follow-up date.
