“Delivered at a suitable temperature” does not describe an operating step by itself. Agree on the product group, handover point, and check method; take target values from the applicable product specification.

Specify whether the reading is taken on the product, inside its container, or in vehicle air. Define the device, record fields, person responsible for measurement, and how both parties share results.

Check that the selected method works during a trial delivery. Record the product, route, packaging, and handover sequence; if the result misses the target, review the process before making the commitment.

Document who receives deviation notices, segregates the product, investigates, and makes the decision in the tender or an attachment approved by both parties. Have legal and quality leads verify acceptance, rejection, and cost terms; do not copy them from a generic template.
