After a roll container enters the store, it affects aisle space, temporary stock, and the empty-return flow. Assign parking and ownership in the dispatch plan instead of solving congestion after delivery.
Mark the waiting area, unloading point, and empty-container collection place on a store plan. Check the layout against the store's designated circulation and emergency routes. If an aisle, doorway, or work area is blocked, choose another parking location.
During a pilot shift, record container ID, arrival time, unloading completion, time spent in the store, and when the empty was collected. If goods remain inside, use a location that meets the product storage requirement and notify the responsible person.
Try the castors and base on the actual floor, thresholds, and turning area with a representative load. Ask the supplier to confirm the castor and load configuration against the product datasheet; if damage, difficult control, or snagging occurs, adjust the route.
