The terms ETGB or micro-export alone do not show that every food product will be accepted for chilled shipping. Verify product type, destination, customs process and carrier acceptance separately.

Before preparing a shipment, check current official ETGB guidance and destination-market product requirements; get written confirmation for the product and package from a customs broker and carrier.

For chilled shipping, assess product instructions, packaging trial, logger, possible customs inspection or delay, and the recipient's receiving plan together. Do not dispatch with a coolant or pack the carrier will not accept.

Ask the carrier which product class, packaging, declaration and delivery scope it accepts. Do not confuse a transit estimate with customs waiting or delivery windows.

If eligibility and timing cannot be verified in writing, hold the shipment or investigate another channel before making a commitment. ETGB status alone does not make a service suitable if it cannot maintain product conditions.
