Match interface data
Compare the current drawing for base, outer dimensions, fork entries and lid projections with the integrator's specification. Confirm weight and centre-of-gravity data for the loaded configuration; do not assume across model variants.
Trial a sample on the system
Test infeed, transfer, rack placement, retrieval and outfeed with a representative load. Record contact, clearance, sliding, snagging and load behaviour. Do not expand the fleet until results match the approved drawing and loading conditions.
