A pallet base alone does not establish conveyor compatibility. Line type, travel direction, transfer geometry, contact surface and loading conditions must be verified against the relevant line and container model documents.
Ask the conveyor maker for static and dynamic load limits, minimum contact dimensions, transfer gaps, speed/acceleration and sensor requirements. Match these to the container base drawing, empty/loaded weight and load distribution; do not estimate missing limits.
With the integrator, trial empty passage and a representative load under controlled conditions. Record lateral movement, tipping, jamming, pallet damage, sensor detection and emergency-stop behaviour. Do not use the line until suitability is approved; repeat the trial after design or load changes.
