Let liquid observed in the load and the site's cleaning method determine whether to order a stainless tub. Do not assume it is needed for every product or every TBX size.
Observe the liquid first
After unloading a representative load, collect and measure the remaining liquid separately. Assess product contact, the emptying point and cleaning steps under your own operating procedure.
Confirm model fit
The GEBHARDT page lists a separate 18 L stainless tub for TBX 725/795. Seafood 1000's integrated special tub collects 24 L and drains at the rear; it is not the same accessory. Confirm code and model on the quotation.
| Check | Record |
|---|---|
| Liquid on trip | Measured volume and conditions |
| Accessory | 18 L, TBX 725/795 fit |
| Seafood | Integrated 24 L, rear drain |
| Operation | Empty, wash and reuse steps |
Do not equate the separate tub accessory with Seafood 1000's integrated drainage. Check model, tub position and outlet path on the quoted drawing.
The tub is a removable part that keeps liquid separate beneath the load; it is bought with the Isotec TBX or later.
At receipt, trial the tub with the container; show the operator that it is secured before loading, can be emptied and can be cleaned. Keep measurement and procedure records with the model file.
