Delivery times during Ramadan may shift with customer demand and receiving access. Do not assume night work will necessarily improve traffic or product conditions; test against your own route and shift data.

Confirm customer windows first

Obtain each customer's order cutoff, receiving window, access rules and acceptance of night delivery in writing. Compare orders from similar past periods by day and customer; flag peak days separately from averages.

Work backward from delivery time to production preparation, loading, equipment and coolant readiness, and staffing. Document driver and recipient contacts, delay notifications and steps for arriving at a closed site.

Measure the first round and manage the transition. On a trial run, record planned and actual times, waiting, door events and product measurements. Gather worker feedback and customer acceptance. At period end, use the same data to plan the return to prior hours and confirm shift and equipment readiness.
