Preparation time, route length and product type can vary in iftar distribution. Link parcel contents and label instructions to the dispatch plan instead of treating each parcel as one hot or chilled item.
Build route order from actual delivery records
List addresses, planned service order, past round times and vehicle capacity. Set the promised handoff time against the local schedule and assign a contact lead for weather or traffic changes. Do not apply one fixed loading or waiting duration to every day.
Separate products according to labels and approved procedures. Link vehicle or container ID, lot number, departure time and required transport record to each load. Keeping the first delivery accessible reduces repacking; still verify through procedure that products are compatible for transport together.
Close the handoff and exceptions
Record handoff time, recipient and acceptance or refusal. If there is a delay, broken seal or damaged package, or a measurement deviation, isolate the parcel and notify the quality lead. Do not assume returned or leftover product can be used safely; document the approved action for that lot and product instruction.
