Match contents to requirements
Enter product name, lot, label conditions, allergen information and package integrity on the order list. If co-packing or temperature requirements are unclear, ask the manufacturer or quality owner to confirm.
Choose the delivery model. Bulk handover at one point and address-by-address delivery differ in waiting, access and recipient contact. Confirm address accuracy, delivery window and contact route if delivery cannot be completed.
Trial a sample parcel
Check internal restraint, leakage or crushing risks, label visibility and delivery paperwork in a small trial. If a logger is needed, link its ID and location to the parcel record.
Link deviations to the order. For delay, damage or condition concerns, retain order code, times, photos and measurement file. Decide acceptance or reshipment under the authorized procedure.
