Manage a field vehicle sample under its own transport and use instructions, even when it is only for demonstration. Parking duration, route and reuse decisions depend on those instructions.
Prepare samples around the route
Plan visit count, sequence and expected parking. Set the quantity needed and link it to sample code, lot and expiry information.
Set up container and measurement records
Verify the transport container and conditions required by the instructions. If using a logger, record its ID and location; link the measurement file to handover time.
Make waiting visible
Log times for leaving the vehicle, parking in shade or indoors, opening the container and handing samples to customers. If conditions are in doubt, consult quality before presenting the sample again.
Manage leftovers under procedure
Verify reuse or disposal of tasting leftovers and opened samples against the label and company hygiene procedure. Do not assume they can be carried into a new day.
