Driver training should cover task steps on the actual route and equipment rather than rely on a general presentation. Instructions must fit the product, customer site and business authorization process.

Demonstrate the task and ask for a repeat

Show how to restrain a load, position the container, close the lid and complete a measurement record. Explain the reporting route for deviations, delays, damaged packaging or rejected deliveries using the real form and contact details.

Then observe the driver performing the same tasks independently. Record completed steps, gaps, trainer and date on a checklist. If a step is missed, demonstrate it again and re-observe; do not reduce training to a signature alone.

Keep decision authority clear

Keep a short procedure and current call list accessible in the vehicle. The driver records a reading or event and contacts the responsible person; product acceptance, release or disposal follows the authorized quality process. Reassess the relevant task when equipment or route changes.
