If the return is complicated, a returnable box stays with the customer. The instruction should sit visibly on the box, be short and point to one responsible channel.
- The customer unloads the goods, leaves accessories such as plates and the logger in the box and closes the lid.
- The box ID is scanned into the call or form; collection is requested under that ID.
- After a leak, a photo is taken and the closed box goes to the collection team. No washing is asked.
