Extract dispatches, rejections, temperature events, delays, packaging loss and handling time under shared definitions.
Link field work and records
Separate by product and route. Flag missing or low-quality rows; do not fill them with estimates.
Keep the baseline definition in later periods; changed denominators or periods cannot show comparable performance.
