Review comparable route or asset data at closure; completing a form alone does not show effectiveness.

Link field work and documents

Separate immediate correction from lasting action. Check results under defined conditions after implementation; reopen CAPA if ineffective.

The record should link evidence, cause, owner, date and effectiveness result.
