Total route time can hide stop conditions. Record each type of waiting with separate timestamps.

Split the intervals. Time arrival, closed waiting in the vehicle, unloading, receipt queue, door opening and closure.

Code outdoor waiting separately from closed waiting in the vehicle. Note ambient conditions, shade and door state.

Compare peak-day queues using the same fields; do not attribute the difference to one interval alone.
