Choosing between a soft bag and rigid container depends on the load and use conditions of the specific task. Assess whether the product arrives under its required conditions and whether the package suits handling.

Record the workflow

Log load weight and package dimensions, number of stops, opening and closing at each stop, and cleaning method. Check the bag's base support, closure and handles; inspect the rigid container's lid, gasket and access.

Compare with the actual load

For the same load and route, place the temperature logger at a representative product position. Record starting and delivery conditions, leakage and cleanability. Do not accept an option just because it is easy to carry if it misses product or customer requirements.

Repeat the trial when route or load changes. Add use results, damage and cleaning notes to the purchase decision; do not use a universal opening count or carrying threshold.
