A refrigerated cabinet and an insulated container may serve different parts of a store workflow. Choose by actual waiting and handling between receipt, storage, in-store movement and the sales area, not by equipment label.

Time the product flow

For the same lot, record receipt, check-in, entry to suitable storage, in-store movement and shelf-placement times. Compare where product waits and under what conditions with its instructions.

Match equipment to the task

For stationary stock and visible sale, check cabinet capacity, access and monitoring. For movement between goods-in and the shelf, check container dimensions, lid and handling compatibility. Do not use a closed container as a customer display.

In a trial batch, match timestamps with measurements beside the product. If records locate waiting in the backroom or picking step, adjust workflow or transport equipment and measure the result again.
