A cleaning record shows work done and helps review an issue. Before adding a field, ask what decision it supports.
Five fields
| Field | Why it earns its place |
|---|---|
| Container number | Which container was washed |
| Date and time | Which shift record it belongs to |
| Method | By hand or on the line, which product was used |
| Who did it | Who recorded the task |
| Who signed off | A record of the second check |
Why the method field stays
If methods differ, record method and product. Match later stain reports to the process.
Additional measurement fields
Record temperature, pressure or time if monitored. Reference fixed settings kept elsewhere.
Product name and use information
Record the product. Follow its label and site instruction; the form does not replace them.
Where the form lives
Keep the form near the work. Write container ID and time when the task ends.
Form length and completion rate
For one week, divide complete rows by total rows. 18 of 20 is 90 percent; review blank fields and remove ones with no use.
Who fills it in, who keeps it
The worker records step and time; assign review and retention. Mark missing IDs in weekly review.
