How to reconcile the thermal-container pool with physical stock

Set a reconciliation cut-off and align physical counts with system movements at that time. Compare location and status by container ID, such as in use, washing or quarantine. Classify missing, late or duplicated movements separately; record each correction with its cause and authorized approval.

Equal totals do not prove containers are in the right place or state.
