Shared logistics among producers does not automatically mean sharing vehicles or equipment. First define the loads, participants and service scope to consolidate.

Collect product type, packaging, load quantity, ready time, delivery address and special handling conditions from each producer in the same form.

Set collection order, product separation, traceable labels and delay/deviation reporting. Agree acceptance and decision owners in writing with the parties.

Choose weight, volume, stops or another measurable usage input for cost allocation and compare alternatives with actual route data. Do not assume tax or legal responsibility.

Pilot one route with limited operations first. Record waiting, total distance, delivery completeness, damage and each producer's cost share.

After the pilot, review the rule with members and document route, allocation and exit conditions. Assess a shared container pool as a separate investment decision.
