A wrong container size is not a one-off mistake but a loss repeated every time the container is used: a row that will not fit the vehicle, a base that will not sit on a pallet or a height that will not pass the lift lasts for years.

In the vehicle fit calculation, do not confuse external and internal dimensions, and take the width between the wheel arches. Example: with 1 200 mm between arches and a 590 mm container, two fit side by side; a 610 mm container would not fit, and every row would be one container short.

Dimension errorConsequence
Container does not fill the vehicle widthOne container short on every row
Container does not sit on the palletUnstable stack, more damage
Container does not pass the liftCannot be used at that customer

Let the person who will use the container take the measurement; a calculation done on paper in the office does not see the threshold, the wheel arch or the door leaf. If the size turns out wrong, use the containers for another job, such as fixed depot storage, rather than forcing them to fit.
