The choice between a parts shipment and on-site service depends on fault type, model and the site's approved maintenance capability. Even passive containers should not be left to any staff intervention.
Record container ID, serial/model details, fault location, photos and use conditions. These help service staff choose the correct part and assessment path.
If maker instructions identify a user-replaceable part and staff are competent, compare parts shipment with a planned labor visit.
For panel separation, deformation, suspected water ingress or a seal issue, isolate the container and request an authorized technical assessment. Do not drill or bond the body yourself.
If warranty may apply, check the contract and service terms for notification or written approval before intervention.
Log diagnosis, part code, shipment or visit, work performed and final check. For recurring faults, review load, floor and use conditions as well as the part.
