Track not only the cleaning result, but also the container's status and transport equipment on its way to clean storage.
Change status step by step
Use SOP statuses for dirty receipt, washing, drying and entry to clean storage.
At each transfer, record container ID and responsible shift/worker.
Transport equipment boundary
Use the site SOP's rule for separate dirty/clean trolleys or cleaning between uses.
If a separate trolley is unavailable, do not improvise; follow approved timing and cleaning steps.
Where trolley cleaning is required, record when it happened and who did it.
An unfinished container
If washing or drying is incomplete, leave status as 'in process' and keep it in the assigned area.
Do not assign clean-warehouse status before the cleaning record is complete.
Boundary breach or return
Record movement back from the clean side to the dirty side as an exception.
Hand over container ID, reason, time and cleaning step followed to the next shift.
Do not restore clean status until any SOP-required assessment or rewash is complete.
Count repeat reverse transfers from daily logs; fix the missing trolley, area or record step.
