Finishing a repair does not mean the container has passed its technical and cleaning checks.
Two separate questions
- Technical: Does the repaired function meet the model instruction's check?
- Quality: Is the surface clean and dry under the cleaning SOP and suitable for product requirements?
Record sequence
- The technician records the part, work and date.
- Add the model instruction's functional check and result to the record.
- Wash and dry the container under the cleaning procedure.
- Document the cleanliness/quality check in a separate field with its owner.
Separate evidence even when roles combine
One person may perform both checks in a small team; complete both record fields.
Show function and cleaning status separately instead of using one 'ready' tag.
Verify required return approvals against the product model and site SOP.
Return authority
If the function check fails, identify the container, hold it under SOP and refer it for technical review.
If cleaning criteria are unmet, keep it out of the clean area and route it back through cleaning.
The authorized person reviews required checks and records, then signs the return decision.
Log container ID, both check results, approver and return time; compare repeat faults with history.
