Do not assume a universal document list for a buyer audit. Confirm the audit scope, current checklist, sites and products, and requested record period with the auditor.

Map each checklist item to procedure title and version, implementation record, responsible role and electronic or physical file location.

Trace one lot through receipt, storage, equipment checks, dispatch and handover. Verify links between lot ID and temperature, cleaning and corrective-action records.

Prepare staff competence, equipment maintenance and calibration records only as relevant to the audit scope. Do not create a missing record after the fact; show the gap and correction plan.

In a mock audit, check whether another user can retrieve the document and whether field practice matches the procedure. Track the finding, owner and closure evidence.
